As a trainer, I'm often hearing people talk about how it's always better to buy organic foods. As such their arguments for the extra costs are: organics taste better, healthier since they doesn't have all the added chemicals, kinder to the environment (again the lack of extra pesticides and other related chemicals) ... blah blah blah.
I confess, I buy heirloom tomatoes which are generally organic and painfully expensive, but, darn it they do taste good. Almost as good as what we grew in the yard when I was a child. Do, I make a point of buying organics for other produce/proteins/groceries. Not so much.
