So, what's new and interesting in the world of health and fitness?
Everything you thought you knew to be true is wrong!
Everything that you know to be wrong is right!
Such is the nature of health and fitness. Everything changes and absolutely nothing stays the same (well, except for the people who want to separate you from your money via very unscrupulous ways).
Let me tell you about today. I think I should wear heels more often and demonstrate dead lifts. I was at a fitness equipment store where a friend of mine works and a customer came in looking at the TRX and we were talking to him about the merits of using the TRX, and other exercises his trainer hadn't suggested to him (dead lifts for hamstrings, chest flys on the TRX, etc). Long story short, he bought the TRX and I think we offered him suggestions on how to make his training sessions more useful (his trainer works at one of the local gyms in town).
